Lake Osborne
Hey, this is Captain Dave Lauer on Friday September 5th.
Today I took out my friends, Jeff White and his son Jordon to Lake Osborne to Peacock bass fishing. The weather today was sunny, with a pretty strong breezy which made accurate casting difficult. But we were able to boat over (40) forty fish today. We went through over a (100) hundred shiners and caught Peacock Bass almost to (5) five pounds. It was just shy of (5) five pounds was our biggest one we had several in the (4) four pound range. Who knows how many, (3) three, but the fishing action is still hot on Lake Osborne. And I expect getting better with the full moon coming up.
That’s Captain Dave’s report for the day, signing out…tight lines!
