Lake Ida
The number and quality of panfish in the Lake Ida system are higher when compared to other area canals. I would suggest live worms and crickets as the choice baits for many panfish anglers, although fresh bread or bread dough works well, and is readily available and it costs less.
After a series of warmer than average winters, a few butterfly peacock have also found their way into this area and are hopefully here to stay. With over 100 acres to its name, it boasts a large diversity of fish species and habitats. I have extensive knowledge of the area and where the fish are biting and will show you the best techniques and spots to land the fish of your choice.
